How We Price
We’ve designed our pricing to be straightforward and all-inclusive, ensuring that the Keepsake Capsule arrives, entertains, and disappears without you having to lift a finger. How does delivery and setup work?
We aim to make the process completely effortless for you. As a purely pop-up business, we handle the delivery, full installation, and styling of the capsule machine at your venue. We typically arrive early to ensure the station is perfectly positioned and ready to go before your guests arrive. Because our machines are mechanical, we don't need to hunt for power outlets, allowing us to set up in the best spot for guest flow.
What about the breakdown after the event?
Once your event or coffee service concludes, we handle the entire "taking it apart" process so you don't have to lift a finger:

Station Clear-out: We quickly disassemble the Tattoo Bar or Sticker Station, ensuring no sponges, water, or backing papers are left behind.

Machine Unloading: We clear any remaining keepsakes from the capsule.

The Keepsakes: Any leftover stickers or tattoos that weren't dispensed are yours to keep! We’ll pack them up and hand them off to you so you can continue sharing them even after the party ends.

What are the "Tattoo Bar" and "Sticker Station" setups?
For our Tailored and Bespoke packages, we don’t just drop off a machine; we create a destination.

Can I customize the artwork inside the capsules?
Absolutely! We offer two levels of customization:

The House Collection: Includes the House Collection with minor customizations like names, dates, or specific color palettes.

The Tailored Keepsake: 100% custom. We work with you to create 5 entirely original illustrations from scratch—perfect for weddings or birthdays.
What if I only want one custom design instead of a full collection?
We can definitely do that! If you’d like to feature a single custom illustration—such as a specific pet portrait, a custom monogram, or a unique brand icon—alongside our House Collection, we can make it happen. There is a $100 flat fee for a single custom design to cover the illustration and production time.
How much are extra stickers?
We charge a flat fee of $100 for an additional 100 stickers.

Does the Keepsake Capsule require power?
Our vintage-inspired machines are mechanical and do not require a power outlet, giving us the flexibility to set up the station anywhere—indoors or outdoors—alongside our coffee cart or as a standalone feature.
Do you provide the quarters?
Yes, we provide everything needed to get the machine spinning! Since the Keepsake Capsule is designed as a guest experience rather than a traditional vending machine, we handle the coins.
We provide vessel jars filled with "Tiny Tulip Tokens" directly at the station. This allows your guests to simply grab a coin, head to the machine, and enjoy their keepsake without anyone needing to dig through their pockets or purses. It keeps the experience seamless, interactive, and completely free for your guests.
What is a Capsule Host?
A Capsule Host is a dedicated team member who remains at the station throughout your event to assist guests. While the machines are easy to use, a host ensures the station remains tidy, helps guests with the Tattoo Bar application, refills the vessel jars with quarters, and keeps the "good vibes" going.

Can I offer both stickers AND tattoos?
Yes! If you can’t decide between "Sticky Little Love Notes" and "Wearable Whimsy," you can offer both. We charge a $75 fee to cover the additional printing, specialized materials, and the extra labor required for the dual station setup. This ensures both mediums are beautifully presented and stocked for your guests.
